This group coaching session aims to create a safe and supportive space where our members can come together to explore their personal strengths, overcome challenges, and cultivate resilience. The session will be facilitated by experienced qualified coaches who will work with small groups.
This event will ideally suit those that weren't able to commit to the full mentoring programme in 2024, or weren’t successful in getting a place this time around.
Through interactive exercises, group discussions, and reflection, participants will gain insights, tools, and strategies to enhance their confidence, resilience, and overall well-being.
Duration: This is a group coaching session spanning 1 hour 30 mins online.
This is a pilot session to establish the appetite for this type of event. If feedback is good, our intention is to makes these sessions a regular feature in our event calendar.
Due to the nature of the event, places are limited to 25, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
