EuropeanPWN launched the Think Tank Groups initiative early in 2007, to offer a structured community to those of our members who wanted to reflect on women’s career, and let them develop insight and tools. Our value is essentially in our collective knowledge and experience of women’s career issues, and in the power of a network where there are always good ideas, practices, testimonies and models to discuss and share.

Since their launch, the Think Tank Groups have delivered online debates, surveys, articles, and even tools and guides.
