Marta Domínguez introduces Aurora Garal from Worhtidea, Oliva González from MyO Company and Maitena Servajean
Entrepreneurial Skills and Women
Last July 19th EPWN presented her first event in support to women entrepreneurship “Entrepreneurial Skills and Women… Is it possible?” We had a number of outstanding women entrepreneurs across industries and functions such as marketing, human resources and technology. It was an open and interactive session at the centrally located HUB Madrid. HUB is a new concept which provides a home, support and services to entrepreneurs.
The panel was moderated by Marta Dominguez, council member of EPWN, independent strategy consultant and professor at IE Business School, and our panellists for the evening were:
Maitena Servajean, co-founder of MyO company (www.myocompany.com), management and people for the enterprise, and outstanding expert of Top Ten Management Spain
Aurora Garal, co-founder of Worthidea (www.worthidea.com), Crowdsourcing and open innovation for the enterprise.
Oliva González, created two companies in the construction and investment industries, currently co-founder of MyO company.
They shared their experiences and recommendations on what are the skills for entrepreneurs outside/inside the enterprise, and commented on the opportunities and barriers for women to be successful entrepreneurs.
EPWN members can also join a post-event debate on-line through our EPWN group in linkedin.
