Read about Monica Pesce’s experience here…

As President of one of the City Networks, (PWA Milan) of EuropeanPWN I imagined that I had an understanding of the challenges and mistakes to avoid on my career path. But I am a woman and sometimes I forget what is important in a males’ world.
This is exactly what happened to me in 2010. My business area was growing despite the economic downturn, a few of my colleagues left the company (as it frequently happens in consulting, when you reach THAT point of exhaustion) and I ended up working day and night to deliver value and excellence to our clients.
