EuropeanPWN-Spain partners with WIN
EuropeanPWN Spain is delighted to be participating in the WIN Global Leadership Forum in Barcelona this year. Win has a network of 25,000 professional women and partners with about 55 women’s associations, NGOs and business schools, in addition to a number of global corporations. The Global Leadership Forum will take place from Sept 18-20 in Sitges. It will attract about 800 delegates from corporations, entrepreneurs, and world-class speakers and coaches. All EuropeanPWN-Spain members will receive a 100 Euro discount on registration fees to this event.
What is EuropeanPWN – Spain?
EuropeanPWN – Spain believes that women can learn from other women in business by sharing success stories and experiences, management and leadership capabilities and business networks. Through regular special guest speaker events, learning programs, networking activities and a rich online platform, EuropeanPWN – Spain brings together management-level women from a variety of industries and functions from large multinational companies, mid size and entrepreneurial businesses to public service and academic professionals. Our objective is to provide a setting for a cross-generational and diverse group of professional women to network, share experiences and participate in developmental programs. As a member, you receive our regular local and European newsletters and have the opportunity to take part in our members-only events, such as our mentoring program and networking socials.
New Members Drive
We would like to encourage all of our members to invite two women in management who they think would contribute to the mission and goals of EuropeanPWN – Spain to join our association. We are specifically looking for women who could be mentors for a second mentoring program which will launch this quarter. Also, we would like to encourage participation from women who have business experience and insights which can be shared across programs, events and networking activities for our entire membership base. We have many exciting events and programs planned for this quarter including:

• A new year, a new you – Health from the inside Out.
• Women on Boards – how to prepare today for future aspirations
• Reinventing Yourself – A process of renewal
• Is there a role for women in Management in Engineering and Architecture?

• Ongoing monthly Networking Drinks in Madrid and Barcelona
From December 1st, all new members can apply for the remainder of this year for 100 Euros which will extend their membership to the end of 2008. More info here…
